    Pros: This is the branch on the U Street Corridor, of historic Black Broadway. From the Branch Manager to the tellers to security, everyone treats all customers like VIPs.
    Cons: All branches close at 4pm each & every weekday, which can be inconvenient for people whose work schedule exists outside the typical 9-5. While the struggle is a worthy sacrifice for the service one receives, and the ATMs do help, it would be nice to have...  more

    Pros: great online bank, app is good, love reward system, referral link, money management tool and black pride debit and credit cards
    Cons: only 4 branches in US and no Zelle on their site. you have to add your card to the Zelle app once downloaded.
